Sex Health Checks In NSW On The Rise

NSW, AU -- More people are having sexual health checks after and advertising campaign warned of risky sex. There was a 50% increase in women and men getting regular sex checks because of the safe sex message in the $1.1 million campaign.

The second phase of the State Government campaign launches today across television, print and bus stops. NSW Health director of communicable diseases Dr Jeremy McAnulty yesterday said although the campaign had been successful, there was still only 28% in the target group who have had a health check.
