Rapper Don P Charged With Rap(e)

Atlanta, Georgia (AHN) - Atlanta police arrested rapper "Don P" of the rap group Trillville on suspicion of raping a 16-year-old girl at a party.

"Don P", whose real name is Donnell Prince, is charged with rape and two counts of aggravated sodomy, reports The Associated Press. Prince and an accomplice are suspected of taking the girl into a bedroom on Dec. 16. Police are still searching for the second man, says Dekalb police officer Cory Hughes.

Prince's attorney, Keith Adams, denies the girl was a minor and says the sex was consensual, reports the AP.
He adds that none of the people in the apartment will corroborate the alleged rape.

Trillville has had two hits, "Neva Eva" and "Some Cut," which reached No. 3 on Billboard magazine's Hot rap tracks.
